I wonder if Pope will let me, all 5'9" of me, come out for one of those one day contracts like he did Tow and stick me in and let me guard the other team's 5. I want one offensive and one defensive possession. Let me guard the 5 but play on the wing and run off a curl. If he'll let me guard the 5 I can tell everybody I was once a center at the University of Kentucky.

I'm 6'3 and played the 3 and 4 because I can't handle the ball if my life depended on it. There was, however, one time I was front guarding the opposing center and stole it when they tried to lob it in to him. I ran the fast break, got an assist, and an easy layup for my teammate. I'm a PG.

At a restaurant I worked at in college, we had "Award Winning Pumpkin Pie." I asked the lady from corporate office one day what award it won. She told me with a straight face that it was voted best pumpkin pie in some small Ohio county outside of Cincinnati like 20 years prior, and it was still being advertised as award winning pie. Every time I think of that pie I think of JWorld. He's the guy that won a medal playing optimist ball in 8th grade and still talks about his award winning season, or the guy who sold the most cars in a month at the local dealership in 1991 and still tells his clients that he's broken records in his sales career.

I tell everyone (usually about politics), “It’s all about the narrative”.

I tell people at work that the presentation of the message is equal to or as important as the message itself.

              Let's try to be nice.

JWORLD is still one of us, and we are a small community here. His absurd opinions re: Oweh have created more activity on this board than we've seen in months.

I guarded Dennis Johnson, Jasper's dad and UK football great, in high school. I was the point guard. Dennis was 6'6" 275.

It went exactly like you'd expect it would.

That dude was so good. A great disservice done to him by playing under Mumme and Mike Majors.

You dunked on him relentlessly until he gave up basketball forever after that game?

I pushed on him with my entire 150-pound frame ("He's gonna fill out," Granny always said) while Dennis just stood there, unmoved as if a gnat was bothering him, while I screamed at the ref these exact words: "You're protecting him because he's so big!"

You stripped the ball and went coast to coast for a game winning layup?

Actually that's pretty funny. In high school playing a competitive sport, I won all kinds of awards. Skipping college offers and full time rides, I went to the Military and earned my stripes. After that, I was a elected representative for Local 89 Union. Then came sales where I flourished and made a name for myself working for some of the most respective dealers in the state of Kentucky that lead me working for a dealer who was recognized by GOOGLE AND FACEBOOK to be first Nationwide dealer to run it's programs, plus the owner had a good stake in the Cincinatti Reds with owner box seats. I was able to get hands on training multiple times from billionaire Grant Cardone, he knows me by name. After retiring from the car business after turning down a lucrative offer from GM , I switched Industries and am now known as one of the best of the best in the entire United States, I have 19 plaques and awards setting behind my desk at I type this. All this doesn't even include all my side adventures of being in the music business for over 35 plus years and all the songs i have written, produced, engineered and recorded or my aspirations to play professional golf (which I failed) and/or finally figured it our when it was too late..

At the end of the day, I am just a poor kid from Kentucky from a broken home of chaos that came from nothing and defied the odds, self made, I should be dead or in prison. Still ,all that means nothing, richest people I know don't have much at all but are rich with family, peace and God...

                              It's all good..

Well I can appreciate that even though we probably disagree 99.9% of the time but you should already know, sometimes i throw stuff out there just to play devil's advocate.

I actually thought about this last night at 1 pm trying to go to sleep, why did I spend the later part of my day Sunday arguing over a SG or SF, or Jon HOOD????? LOL LOL LOL

Insane, I am out on all that...

Do me a favor, hopefully I can get 10 thumbs up and likes on this post.

For me, I don't ever want to mention Jon Hood's name or talk about SG/SF again lol lol.....
