Interesting. Power struggles usually are. Many of the rollers that supposedly support Jurich are having to weigh their stances. Apparently Mr Grissom is indeed the power on the BOT. I assume he was appointed by the governor to do whatever needed to bring some type of order out of this financial and PR catastrophe the last group and president left.
interesting side note.....word on the Louisville sites is that an attorney has been retained to investigate Tom Jurichs accountability.

Listening to the Tony and Dwight show yesterday, Smrt is tasked with conducting an independent investigation into the recruiting scandal, not just Jurich's accountability.
Dwight remarked that the Board and UofL administration is fearful that they might get the same damaging punishment that North Carolina received.
