Oweh is a third year guy...not a frosh that will blossom in 3 or 4 years in the NBA. BUT he is likely as physically ready as any we have had in a long time. To me once you get in the 2nd half of round one things get a bit crazy. Oweh could end up as one of the journeyman that bounce between the G league and 12 day contracts for a half dozen teams. Depends on what some team is willing to promise.

Oweh's role was never to be a guy who averaged X amount of points and carry the load but injuries forced Pope's hand.

Is Chandler athletic enough to guard and score a few points?

I don't expect Chandler to be in a situation to carry the team a entire second half and score X amount straight to end a game, this years roster will be different.

Can you show me where I said that I discussed any of this? It's been mentioned for months now that after the season OWEH was going to test the waters.

Oweh will likely be first team all conference next year. No, Chandler does not fill that role if OWEH leaves.

There have been many college players over the years that were really good in college but never made it in the NBA. I can’t explain why there college game just never let them become a successful NBA player.

Why is it not about money? I don't understand why you think money doesn't factor into his decision. If it was simply an opportunity to play in the NBA why didn't he just declare and say he's not coming back?
