Bassey would be the best of the bunch though.

I find it weird that either of those guys would come to Kentucky and play when both could be in the NBA next year. Can't imagine Charles Bassey couldn't make an NBA team. He might not get drafted but he'd find a team. If UK could possibly get him and he's interested you can't pass something like that up.

Toppin and Brooks can both play the 3. Not saying they should, just that they can. Who knows what the final roster will look like.

Agree. Bassey needs to kick start his motor to play high level ball. With that he's unstoppable.

Toppin's ceiling is definitely as a wing. Brooks really isn't a big either, which is his problem. Classic tweener.

I love Toppin and think he has a great future here, but he's a radically different player than the two Jones mentioned.

I've been told there is another big UK is ready to bring in when/if he hits the portal.

Greg Brown is baffling to me as a potential UK transfer. I mean...what? I'm extremely dubious about that one. That guy is a first rounder I'd have to believe. That just seems crazy.

Bassey seems more do-able maybe, but then again Bassey was thinking about jumping after his freshman year at Western. To get a guy like that as a transfer at this stage of his career would be wild.

We're definitely going to pull in two or three more transfers somewhere, though, and they better be elite if he's going to turn this program around.
