Basically its like your crispy chicken salad you can get at any restaurant. Except you use Opossum. Just slice it and dice it into chunks, Fry it up and sprinkle on your salad with your dressing of choice. Just make sure its fresh roadkill. That's the best kind. I was recently down in Kentucky and stocked up on the fresh road kill. You can't get much of that in Northern Virginia. I've got it all stored in a freezer just waiting to be 'et up.

One thing to consider. As possums are wiley, it's easy to conclude that they're dead when in fact they aren't. Make sure that possum is really dead instead of faking it. Nothing worse than a fresh possum.
Extremism is so easy. You've got your position, and that's it. It doesn't take much thought. And when you go far enough to the right you meet the same idiots coming around from the left.

Yeah right , Kevin, we all know you take the easy way out and go pick up a rotisseried possum down at your local supermarkets.

That's right. I forgot to mention you should give them a good bash on the head before you pick them up. I made that mistake once and well, it wasn't pleasant experience.

Only way I can get them up here. They have to have them imported from WVA. Never seen a fresh road killed one in this urban area. That's the reason I stocked up while in Kentucky a couple of weeks ago.

You could probably talk me into collecting some for you, having them vacuum sealed, and shipping them to you on dry ice.

True story: about 20 years ago my cousin decided to see if he could hit a ground hog using his bow and arrow. He managed to shoot the groundhog through the chest, he then made the mistake of showing his good shot to his mother. She was quite aggravated that he decided to target practice on a living creature, prepared the groundhog, and made him eat it.

True story. When I was growing up possums were plentiful and one day I shot one and brought it home. Mom made me skin and gut it, then she baked it. It tasted ok but was very salty. I think Rick uses possum in his tailgate cooking.

                                Roadkill squirrels are more plentiful
