    Fish tacos for supper last night from a food truck. Very good. Trying a new ground beef casserole with my tweaks for supper tonight.

      Homemade quacamole with On the Border chips.
      A little tip: IMO the secret ingredient to great quac is cumin.

        I've tried to make quac several times and it was disgusting each time. When it comes to this stuff I have complete and total brain lock.

            The wife and I had brush fires in the back yard yesterday...........

                      Tried a few recipes but my go to is the first one you see on Allrecipes.com
                      Then I add cumin to taste. Makes fantastic quac. Best I can compare it to is the quac from Wild Eggs
