Extremism is so easy. You've got your position, and that's it. It doesn't take much thought. And when you go far enough to the right you meet the same idiots coming around from the left.

Only if they've been grazing in a field with wild onions. Otherwise, no.

I used chunky veggie sauce and added Italian sausage. Sautéed onions and fresh garlic, mushrooms and added a handful of parmesan cheese. Not bad. I will have a burger, very pink, somewhere tonight

For sometime this weekend...pressure cooked a chuck roast that I rubbed in chili seasoning and cumin then browned. Poured a jar of pepperoncini's over it with sliced onion. Snuck a bite of the meat with the juices. Delish!! Am going to take the very soft pepperoncini's and mix them with cream cheese, parmesan cheese and a little sour cream or mayo for a dip. Might boil some carrots in the juice. It is so flavorful. Love, love my pressure cooker.

Baked fresh oysters for lunch. McD's fish sandwich for supper. Only because our 94 year old aunt's birthday is today. Told her we would bring her anything she wanted for dinner. She wanted a Big Mac and fries. She is Italian. Thought sure she would have us go somewhere and get something made with pasta. She still lives by herself and does well. I baked her a cannoli cake. She loved it!
