    Pancakes and lardmalade.
Extremism is so easy. You've got your position, and that's it. It doesn't take much thought. And when you go far enough to the right you meet the same idiots coming around from the left.

Gonna gorge myself on Sushi tonight(I'M NOT DRINKING THE SAKI!!!!!). Weather is crystal clear but cool and the scenery is world class. Wish you all were here LOL!!!!!

On my bucket list to visit. I have high school classmates that married and live in Vancouver.

Supper last night was BLT salad with a homemade dressing and croutons. Breakfast...leftover salad with a pickled hard boiled egg in it.

Maybe take a cruise from Seattle to Vancouver and/or Alaska?? Take the train in Anchorage to Denali??? You've never seen anything like it believe me.

Bought a pouched cheese/bacon sauce. Browned chicken, smothered in the sauce and added some onion. Simmered a while and served overpriced cauliflower. Not bad. Quick and easy

Overpriced cauliflower is my favorite. Bought a head that was $36.52 last week. Yum.

It is obvious you like making fun of this thread. If you were making a point to say that the "riced" veggies are overpriced, might be true. I watch carbs which cuts out rice, potatoes and pasta. This is a very good alternative. Way too many diabetics in my family. Have to admit when I see you have responded, look forward to see what you have said

My apologies. I thought you were making a remark about the current price of cauliflower with the "overpriced" description. I noticed at our local grocery that the cauliflower was extremely small - size of a navel orange or grapefruit - at nearly $4/lb.

"Riced" cauliflower I do whenever rice is called for. I prepared a week's worth of "fried rice" with cauliflower for my wife's lunch this week.

No apologies needed. Enjoy your comments. Maybe cauliflower is high because it is the off season. BTW, one of our favorite sides when growing up was when Mother steamed a whole cauliflower and smothered it with a cheese sauce

I saw a recipe recently( I think The Chew) where they used cauliflower for pizza dough. Gonna take some time tomorrow to work in my garden. Starting onion seeds for my sets in less than 3 weeks!!! Ordered and received all my seeds for 2017. I'm gettn ready to get ready!!!!!

I used a recipe once for General Tso's chicken, except it called for cauliflower instead of chicken and no breading.

I love cauliflower, but let's just say that the recipe was disappointing.

I've tried and I just can't learn to like cauliflower. I can tolerate it riced and drenched in some other flavor, but that's the only way. Smells too much like a fart.

Now broccoli, I'll eat that all day long. One of my favorite simple meals is a bag of frozen broccoli with a chicken breast cut into small'ish pieces and tossed in a little bit of olive oil, salt/pepper/garlic, thyme, and lemon zest. Every now and then I'll sprinkle a little bit of shredded parmesan on top and throw it back in the oven for a few minutes.

Really good, and pretty good for you.
