One of my favorite left-over dishes is Turkey Hash. Every year I save and freeze the pan drippings, then use that as a base for my hash. My dear grandma used to fix this. Add dark meat, taters, carrots, onions, celery, let simmer for a bit, and serve over warm biscuits. I've served it over cornbread dressing as well. I'm headed to Lake Cumberland for a week over New Year and this is one dish I'm definitely gonna make.
