Extremism is so easy. You've got your position, and that's it. It doesn't take much thought. And when you go far enough to the right you meet the same idiots coming around from the left.

Last night I made a marinade of rice wine, fresh grated ginger, garlic, 5 spice powder, white pepper, and Kim Lan soy sauce(http://www.kimlan.com/en/e_museum04.html). I dumped 20 bone in, skin on chicken thighs in the marinade. Not sure how many out there use/like soy sauce, but you MUST try Kim Lan. Beyond delicious and now available on Amazon. When I get home I'll bake the thighs in my oven. When done, I'm going to cover them with a Hoisin Sauce/honey glaze and put under the broiler for a minute or two on each side. Gonna serve with some homemade Yang Chow flied lice. Substitute pork ribs for chicken if you want. It's awesome.

LOL!!! Was thinking about chicken livers for supper tonight. My dirty bird hubby will be at the bucket. Passtime fish has, hands down, the best I've had. It is just 10 minutes from me. By the time I got them home, they would be cool enough to eat.
