I hope Sarr is eligible but I'm not counting on it with the NCAA. UK submitted the waiver request already so we should know in 2-3 weeks. If the request is denied UK can appeal but I think there best (probably only) chance is to have the first go round be accepted.

UK people (sources, media, etc..) feel good about it. Nearly every national college writer says it will be denied. I'm really not sure what to think or expect.

Saw that article and it was mentioned that the waiver request was actually sent in sometime in May.

It does seem like the NCAA is going to clear most everybody this year. That doesn't mean that Sarr won't be one of the later decisions, but still.

I think so too.

But as a devil's advocate: if they're going to clear everyone you'd think they would've passed the one-time transfer rule last month. That they didn't means there are some situations they'll want to look closely at.

I was told today by someone close to UK that they expect to get the Saar decision "in the next two-ish weeks". He thought we would know something before 4th of July.
