Well, it's pretty unlikely that he'll get shorter...

I meant measuring such as wingspan and such. Look on KSR at what he just did in the vertical. This dude is gone lol.

Hami's 44.5" vertical is the 2nd best in combine history.

I figured he was 6-6 or 6-7. In timeout huddles he seemed to tower over Fox and Monk.

Diallo's measurables were inhuman. He's gone.

Would have been nice to see him in a UK uniform...

Definitely gone unless these teams work him out and he just can't walk in a straight line or something.

Cal's comments were interesting today and should disabuse anybody of the notion that Diallo used Kentucky. Cal seemed to insinuate he'd been working to get Diallo to the NBA.

Especially defensively, where a guy with that kind of length and explosion could really be problematic on the college level.

Looking at all time highest vertical recorded at the combine, Wilt Chamberlain D. Griffith had a 48 inch vertical. Wilt at 48? I had no idea...

He was a high-jumper of some renown at Kansas.

And I love Cal swooping in there yesterday and getting himself on TV during the combine coverage, lol.

Other coaches must look at that stuff and have their blood pressure skyrocket.

Wilt was the second biggest human I've ever seen next to Tom Payne after he got out of prison the first time. I can't imagine a man that size jumping that high, He had to be able to almost touch the top of the backboard.

Diallo is clearly leaving both doors open. There's nothing wrong with what he's doing. If it was me or my son I would be doing the same thing. The kid has a chance to make millions of dollars. Millions. That's a lot of money and I am unsure of his family situation. Maybe they need the money. Maybe they don't. That's really none of our business. He didn't HAVE to come here for the semester but he did to give him the best situation. He played against Fox and Monk everyday and got better. If he ends up spending an additional year in college he will play at the best University for him to get better and get exposure. I wish him the best. Heaven forbid a kid looks out for himself before the name on the front of his jersey. He doesn't owe us or the University anything and vice versa. If he gets a guarantee that he's getting drafted, without playing in over a year, he would be a fool not to take it. He should, I would, and you would. You are a liar if you say you would turn down a multi million dollar opportunity to return to school for a year at his age. Some say it doesn't mean as much to the kids as it does us. Well, no crap, Sherlock! We have been lifelong fans of this University. We are on message boards and websites seven days a week discussing it. We think about recruits at work, school, during dinner. We set our schedules around games. These kids see Cal and UK as a ticket to the NBA. They aren't lifelong fans who live in the state. Of course it doesn't mean as much to them. We will be fine with or without Diallo. Obviously better with him, but we will somehow find a way to survive with the eight other AAs we will have if he leaves. He is in an interview process for his career. Let him take advantage of the rule. We would all do the exact same thing if it were us. They literally changed the rule for kids like him.

Paul Biancardi was asked today what his advice would be to Diallo:

Paul Biancardi‏Verified account @PaulBiancardi 28s28 seconds agoGo back to Kentucky. He will improve under Cal & the 2018 draft will not be as strong. NBA athlete who needs skill development & more BB IQ.
