Get back. Dropping a bomb here... The University of Louisville is investigating claims that a former Rick Pitino staff member paid an escort to sleep with
Downes, it's all over the media here in Louisville, Just now really blew up, so no way Jurich can muzzle the media on this. Big, BIG trouble for the dirty birds.
Here are the best parts so far:
- 2013 Championship team is involved.
- The madam says she might as well have been on the recruiting staff.
- Pat Forde broke the story.
- Indiana may have blown the whistle.
- The madam's book is being co-authored by a Pulitzer Prize winner.
- Jurich seems VERY concerned.
Craziest thing about it is that Indiana may have reported them, lol.
Pitino doubts that it's true. (Of course.) Says that surely he would've heard something about it if it had been going on for this long. But I remember hearing that Peyton Siva was involved with an escort years ago. That was a pretty big story not long after the title. Probably the same woman.
The madam and her three daughters ran these parties.
I'm not a member of the morality police or anything, but this, Pitino's deal, and the Chris Jones thing make UofL seem like something out of a Shannon Tweed movie.
Funny thing is, in spite of UL's efforts to "accommodate" their recruits, how many five star players did they sign??? Typical of that whole operation over there on Floyd St.
I think it's the end for him whether it's true or not. This will be another really tough deal for him and will hurt his recruiting and cause nothing but trouble. He looks like he's been through hell and back already.
This sounds a lot like UT. But as stated, the proof or lack of it, will tell the whole story. We will hear all kinds of stuff, and earlier today it was reported the madam said she had receipts and pictures. We shall see. I wonder if this has anything to do with Jurich's interest in the Texas job?
Hello All! You may see some things bouncing around, colors changing, and functionality being added and removed as we look at how to make some requested...
With the recent discussion of rules and what is and is not posted I set out to find what our mission statement originally was and this is what I found:...
UofL and Pitino might be in a steaming pile of trouble
