For years at UofL there have been different factions operating from inside. It wasn't that long ago that two Boards of Trustees were going at the same time. You have to have leadership, and the only way you do that is be disassembling the whole thing and starting from the ground.
Pitino said in his interview yesterday that they should've gone the North Carolina route and fought it. That's ridiculous and indicative of the incredible, staggering ego the man has.
