Until they sign on the dotted line, or show up on campus, you never know for sure where these kids are going to land.

While true to a degree, I think you might be leery because of football recruiting. It's unusual to see a basketball recruit back out of a commitment.

I agree that, for whatever reason, bb commits seem to reneg less that fb commits. Proably what I should have said is until they commit. There have been several posts, on here recently, practically guaranteeing that Bamba is signing with UK. It wouldn't surprise me if he ended up at Duke.

I agree, it cracks me up how people think what they know what these kids are thinking. Unless you are their personal friend or a friend of a parent then you are guessing like everyone else. And if we do by chance land him I think it will be more because he is friends with Green than anything else. It has to be nice coming into a situation where you already have a relationship and have played with someone that's there. I think he has played with/against Diallo a lot too.

"Experts" on rivals.com say that they feel that Texas is the leader in his recruitment, I really don't think he has any idea yet, just like Knox. Although Knox has made it clear that he is waiting to see who all leaves before he makes a decision.

I like the Pitt transfer the best, but Barker and/or Smith woul be solid gets.

A lot of strong connections between Cal and this kid. He's from Cal's hometown, and Cal coached his dad (see above).

I like his shooting percentage and size. At 6'8" he's almost 45% from the field and 41.5% from three. Not bad.

It's hilarious that Calipari pulled the Donald Trumpian trick of raging against something...and then turning right around and engaging in that which he was raging against less than a calendar month later.
