That at least tells me he is excited to play for UK for another season. He probably learned a lot from NBA teams on what he needs to work on and now he's ready to go to work.
That's what this new rule was supposed to do and I think Briscoe made the right decision, not only for UK, but for himself.

I guess. One would expect that if the whole team, including walkons, enters their names into the draft, at some point they had to pull their names out. Why no announcement for all the others ?!?

Glad Briscoe has made his decision and that he will be a Cat next season. Now he can work on what he found out is all those workouts.
