Seems like there's a lot of mutual interest between Kentucky and Wheeler, which doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me.

Unless we're just counting on Mintz, Grady, Allen, etc. to be enough of a shooting threat, isn't Wheeler the sort of guard that we're trying to get away from?

I don't get Wheeler either unless you're trying to find a table-setter type of point guard to try and entice Jackson back. Otherwise he seems very rough around the edges. Those shooting numbers are downright alarming.

The only explanation is they're not getting anyone else available.

SHot it better as a freshman. But his 2 yr averages are 43% overall and 27% from three. Not anything to get excited about.
