I'm going to guess Jerry West, although I never knew he was called Zeke, simply because he was supposed to be from Cabin Creek (actually he grew up in a little place near Cabin Creek).
Ted Hendrix. Think he played for a few teams but the Raiders are the one I remember. Tallest linebacker I ever saw. Think he was like 6'8".
Hendricks began his career with the Colts, then spent one season with the Packers, and finished out his career with the Raiders. His height was the basis for his nickname.
One thing that makes some of these so easy, for me, is that I was a sports junkie from the mid '50's until the end of the '70's. A lot of these instantly come to mind, and bring back some great memories as well.
