Sounds good. Young seems to be the one to get this year. I read he is visiting during BBM. Maybe he will commit at that time?

Well with the way the recruits are they will visit different universities and meet with coaches, so you never know who they might commit to. So until they finish all their visits it could go either way. I always check out the names linked to the Cats but I never will say if I think they will or not cause its always something that could pull towards somewhere else.

Nick Richards will visit UK on September 30th.

Kentucky desperately trying to reel in its point guard and big man, then build the team around those two. Would be nice to get a verbal commitment before Madness from somebody.

Read a few other places that people are thinking Richards will be the first to commit and it may be soon. Not sure how much knowledge these people have but I have saw it more than once.

Wendell Carter is off the board, doesn't have UK in final four. I'd say he's going to Duke which sucks because a lot of top players have talked about wanting to team up with Carter.

It will be interesting like every season to see who will come to UK to play. I still see us getting top players for the team. Other players we might end up signing we turn them into something big as well.

We have the exact opposite going on with Trae Young. It's been said a couple times on KSR that there are some recruits that don't want to play with Young.

My thought on Trae Young is that hes going to end up in Oklahoma. Just that strange feeling he is, but then a small part of me is like hes coming to UK. So we will see when he makes his announcement.

Hasn't been on the website that I've seen. It's been mentioned on the radio a couple times. They've said that some recruits, never specifically mentioned any, don't want to play with Young because he is a score first PG.

In the college game I'd almost rather have a score-first point guard.

Of course if you can do both--Ulis, Wall--then that's the best-case scenario. But if I'm going to choose then I want a point guard who can put the ball in the basket rather than one who is not a great shooter but can set other guys up.

It's too easy to slough off guys and pack the lane in college.

Westbrook of the Thunder is a great example. I think he tries to do to much but that is better than not trying at all.

From recent stories and poles I read Mohamed Bamba seems to be very likely to come to UK. Still just a waiting game for him to come out and say where he will be going.

Trae Young wont be signing this fall for school. Hes going to wait until spring to give his decision as to where hes going.
