We had some on here who refused to believe the refs where calling this game sideways from the get go....

You are probably talking about me. I would like you to go back through the game, play by play, and count the missed fouls or bad calls. There will be a few each way, but the fact of the matter is we fouled them a lot more than they fouled us.

On the possession at the end of the game the TO was on Murray standing there. If he move two steps in either direction, which is what Ulis was expecting, he would've had a wide open three to win the game.

I still find it comical to all the basketball experts on here who was quick to throw in the towel and was scared Kansas was going to beat us to death. Its a game of match ups and this game was for the taking. Refs made bad first half calls and did everything possible to keep Kansas at the line and in the game the second half...Scoring drought killed us in the second half when we spread and watched on offense. ....

On a positive note, Skal is turning that corner. Briscoe played great getting to the rim but freebies are his downfall. ....Thought AP stepped up tonight and Ulis was great til the end...Murray, gotta let your true scorer take over and get in rhythm. ...

Fouls are fouls. If the refs are going to call it, it's on the players to adjust. It's just as predictable to think that the ref is about to blow his whistle as it is to predict a player is going to do the same thing that has gotten him called for three fouls before.

Marcus Lee fouls and fouls and fouls, throws his hands up and says, "I didn't touch him." Replay shows him swiping down and hacking across the body. These refs aren't trying to screw UK over. Our players didn't adjust.

And Briscoe, love him and bless him, this dude is killing us at the line. I've never been so conflicted about a player; he's got such a tenacious knack to get to the rim and get fouled, and yet, I'm terrified of him doing the thing he's great at because he's so bad at free throws.

Just got home after watching the game at some friends house. I haven't read a single post yet, but I bet there are several blaming the officials for the loss. I will be watching the game again either tomorrow afternoon or on Monday, and I'll post my thoughts then. Right now I'm disappointed with the loss, but very proud of the way they played through adversity. The Cats grew up a lot tonight, and I expect the results to help them down the road. It was a very hostile environment and KU looked like they were trying to give the game away, and we just couldn't get over the hump.

Nevet said he didn't play a good game, he just choked at the end. Your best ball handler and one of the top points in the nation isnt supposed to do that.. He's still young,he will learn....

This is quite possibly the dumbest analogy/comparison/whatever you want to call it I have ever read when it comes to basketball.
