Not sure about Nelson. He made a huge jump this past year but had been pretty pedestrian in his first two seasons there.

Also only played against two high majors all season last year. (And did well: averaged about 14 and 7 against Kansas and Arkansas.)

I'm not against him coming certainly but he is a risk.

HOWEVER, you've got to have an insurance policy with Oscar's situation being up in the air. You have to.

You just don't find a lot of guys with his build who can move like he does. I'd gladly take the chance on him.

Isaiah Hartenstein is gritty and a hard worker, but he's also about a thousand times more skilled at everything than Lance Ware.

You don't know even know the details of the situation or how the roster will shake out.

If we are left starting Ugo as center with a 6 man roster, then trash Cal all you want. But that ain't happening, and you know it.

Blame Cal for disasters that have happened, not roster movement that isn't close to being set.

Yeah, not sure. I mean they brought him in for a visit certainly. It's possible when he started bargaining through NIL Kentucky backed out...but would TJ Walker know that?

Which makes sense simply because it comes to a point that if you don't want to be be here, then go somewhere else and get it over with. I hate missing on recruits but at the same time, last thing Cal wants to do is become desperate, it is still a honor to play for Kentucky, at least it is in my opinion.....
