I always thought the University of Maryland was in Baltimore? No?

Google tells me it's in College Park, MD...which is essentially a suburb.

Still, the fact remains: Kentucky has had all kinds of trouble over the years, particularly recently, keeping players from going "home."

Not saying he's going to pick Maryland or anything but it makes sense, particularly if they're laying out that kind of money.

I've never been to Baltimore but I'm sure like every city in America it's horrendous in some parts, nice in others. Not sure about College Park.

I have been in the state of Maryland but only briefly when I was a grad student driving to New York.
