Nice start to what I hope is a big class. We’ll need quite a few guys imo

Sharpe has the potential to be one of the greatest Kentucky has had in the Cal era. Ungodly potential.

We’re getting ready to see the benefit of grabbing the top guy early. Other studs are going to want to play around him. That’s the difference from what we’ve seen recently. The last few years Cal has been scrambling to get his most coveted guys. This is a radically different thing and it’s been a long time coming.

How much of this is Antigua/Coleman?

It can't be that big of a coincidence.

It has to be a direct result of Antigua and Coleman. What actually is different is an interesting question, but for the moment I just want us to get back to kicking our opponents on a more regular basis. This era needs to go out on a bang and another championship would be just the way to do it.

It’s not as much on the assistants as you’d think. Cal has been the lead on this one for a really long time — since we’ll before the new hires. He got help from past and present assistants, but Cal’s been the guy from the start and has never let up. He deserves all the credit on this one.

Probably a mix of a lot of things. Antigua, NIL, Cal's renewed vigor, and also how cyclical things are in this sport. Things usually don't stay great forever and programs can't possibly sustain where Kentucky was from 2009 to 2015. Duke, Kansas, and UNC are also feeling that. Stuff tends to cycle back around and the cream will again rise to the top.

It just feels like Cal and the staff have their mojo back. We'll see how that shapes out on the court this year, but it's pretty obvious that this offseason couldn't have gone any better.

I know this kid is very talented, a great shooter and offensive player. Haven't seen much about his defense.

A huge get for Cal, I bet we get at least 2 more of the guys we are pursuing, especially if we have a successful season on the court.

Don’t forget Skyy Clark. He kicked off the ‘22 class a year or so ago.

Thanks, it’s pretty bad when you forget about an already committed 5 star guard. I hope he can return to health and try to get back in the swing of things.

Worth noting that Cal is in Camden, NJ today for what can only be a visit with class of ‘23 #1 player D.J. Wagner, who Cal should have no trouble signing.
