^^^^I agree. I should have added the show cause deal is pretty much nothing. Pitino got into the tourney (although he still claims innocence). A school will keep a coach as long as they arent costing them money. Pearl has been a winner wherever he went. Sampson. Used to be Jim Harrick. Pitino. Most of these successful coaches skirt around the rule book....as does the NCAA....if you are Carolina.

What Kelvin Sampson did isn't even illegal anymore. On that, I feel some sympathy for IU fans because they'd likely be relevant again if he were still there.

Baylor looks mighty good. Mighty good. As far as schools having to come back from disastrous situations, Baylor certainly sets the standard. Either they were phenomenally good today or Houston was getting a bad time to have a bad game.
Blowouts in the national semis are kind of unusual. Makes me wonder how UCLA and Gonzaga will match up. IF Gonzaga brings their B minus game they may be short a game or two of that perfect season.Comment
