I like almost all sports, but don't watch them very much on TV unless there's a NC or playoff. If I'm interested in a game, for instance the St Louis Cardinals, I will watch the end of a game and just keep up with the score until then. Same with other sporting events.

Same here. I am big Dodgers fan but i don't really watch alot of games over the course of a 162 game schedule. I do watch playoff games only if it's deciding lol lol..

Yeah, I'm kind of the same way up with the exception of UK sports. My time is too valuable (to me) to spend 2 hours watching the whole thing. I also don't watch very many movies.

I don't know where things went wrong for me here. I used to watch at least one new (to me) movie a week, either at the theater or through rental/streaming services. Now? I'm lucky to watch a new movie three or four times a year. It's something that lately I've really wanted to correct. Maybe now that we have a kid and I'm home more often with/because of him, I can sneak in some film time while he sleeps here and there.

We dont agree on alot of things but i am in the same boat, i do not have interest or the time to watch sporting events and i rarely watch movies anymore. Unless UK is playing in a big game, i kind of zone in and out alot of times during the regular season games, just seems like my attention span is less now a days.

Speaking of kids, hope all is well with yours. I started to comment on it over in the other section in regards your newborn. I have a 23 and 17 year old and will be a grandfather in May but also recently found out my wife is due in October I thought i was coming down the home stretch and now at the age of 44, i am starting all over again

Thanks, i do appreciate it, i just hope my health stays good. I was superman healthy until i had a stroke last year, freak accident caused a blood clot that caused a stroke. I recovered really well but still have off and on symptoms that scare the crap out of me to be honest, more mental now than anything. At first i was in denial when my wife told me and it took a few weeks to process but after we heard the heart beating a few weeks ago, i am happy and at peace now. If it's God's will then it's alright by me...

                    Better select short movies.

If you're anything like me (I have an 8 month old), you'll think of a zillion other things to do with your time when he sleeps. Once you get him on a schedule though, it gets a lot easier but you'll still want to do other things with your time.

Congrats! Your newest child will have an uncle who's only 5 months older. That's pretty neat.

Yeah I hear you there. I have been a MASSIVE NFL fan for years now. It's wearing on me now for reasons I won't talk about here. Just play the damn game. The NBA has no problem doing it. I don't understand why it's so hard for the NFL.
