Wire fraud. If any if that money was sent through the US Post Office then that is wire fraud and that becomes an FBI matter. They then use the wire fraud to branch out into the other crimes. Why is the Post office enforcement office handing this? Because they don't have the resources the FBI has. Having worked with the Feds they don't move like this until they have all their ducks in a row and ready to go after you. They didn't release any names due to the investigation is still on going. They have videos and wiretaps. These guys aren't guessing.
