I liked Eddie Gran and appreciated his talents as an OC. I know other knowledgeable students of the game have had very positive observations on his play calling and adapting an offense to the talents of the players. I just hope we aren't throwing the baby out with the bath water. It seems to me that I haven't heard that much from Hinshaw this year. It might have come down to Gran supporting Hinshaw, but I just have no idea. I feel like I'm trying to read tea leaves here trying to understand.

Well said. Hope Gran lands on his feet at another school.

As for his replacement, I'm ready to try a more traditional run first oriented offense. Maybe Stoops would be more inclined to trust such an OC and let him run the offense. Someone like Mike Bobo.

Most of us don't! I don't know many people who keep up with random coordinators from NFL teams they don't follow.

The Rams see Coen as a "budding star" and would hate to see him go.
