I agree. I hate the way these kids drag their announcements out.

Yesterday on Valvano's radio show Cal talked about Briscoe and Lee probably going to the NBA combine and the possibility of adding one more player.

Any reason why, other than a hunch?

I enjoyed watching our guys play tonight at the Jordan Brand. Lots of talent there, obviously.

Feel good about Bolden at this point, as well. We shall see.

Bolden will make his decision on Sunday.

Clearly Cal has gone hard after him (and Allen) for months.

So the staff sees a need at center. More than Bolden individually, I just don't think they want to mix and match in the post and would love to put Bam at his natural spot. If Bam has to play the 5 then you're probably going to have to get a lot of production out of Wenyen Gabriel early at the 4. I think the staff would like to bring Gabriel (and maybe Killeya-Jones) along slowly rather than have to throw them into the fire.

2016 five-star center Marques Bolden told Scout he isn't announce his college choice today. There has been speculation.

I would, because he still fills a need. Even if he didn't I'd still want the kid. You can never have too much talent.

You're crazy if you don't think cal may have some second thoughts on this class. There is a reason they have moved on from some of the top guys and are spending a lot of time on guys ranked lower than cal would normally look at.

Quit being dramatic. All i said is after the disaster that was spring 2015 recruiting (outside of murray) and based on what i am being told, cal is not nearly as confident with getting his top 2016 targets as he once was. Will he still have a great class and get top 25 guys? Yeah, absolutely, but he is not going to get any of his initial top 4-5 guys.
    lol.......

    Weird.

The only positive sign with this is that some of the Rivals guys who are saying things are looking good for UK were saying earlier today that he may not commit during the game.

And Kentucky is still in on C Marques Bolden, who is supposed to announce his decision in the coming days.
I knew I was forgetting someone.
