Jerry Meyer has Bolden to Duke, as he has for the past couple of months.

Kentucky fans must be bashing him on Twitter, because he just tweeted this:

Lots of bad info out there. My 1st Crystal Ball pick while beta was J Randle to UK. Yes, missed on J Murray as did 81%. I'm 83% on UK picks.

Bolden was always going to have a thing with his family on Thursday.

He could've still signed the LOI today; that might be where Daniels is getting the thing about both schools have been informed.

But clearly they don't want it public until he can do it himself tomorrow. They've taken it this far in mystery, might as well ride it out.

Is Marques Bolden a real person? Are we all being trolled?

Evan Daniels just said that neither UK or Dukes staff has been informed of a decision as of Wednesday afternoon.

By this point UK or Duke would have his NLOI assuming he signed one.

    I agree, can't believe something hasn't leaked.

I can't imagine it, I think it is just the nature of the beast. Kids like Wiltjer and Mathews get recruited by Cal and come to their "Dream School", then they start seeing this revolving doors of studs come in and get all the playing time and they realize they may be better at a different school where they can play more. Obviously coming in to this situation you would think that they already know what their future will hold and that if they don't really improve yearly they won't see as much PT as they may think they deserve.

I for one hate to see Charles go, loved his energy and really think he was only a year or two away from being a good player, the athleticism is no doubt there.

He will probably go to a team and be a starter, and I wish him the best....hope it works out for him like it did Wiltjer.

That was my mistake. I had my days confused lol.

I agree. Although it makes a lot of sense for Matthews. If Briscoe comes back his playing time was going to be extremely limited. After this development I'm convinced now that Bolden is going to make the right decision and become a Cat.

Yeah, you would hope not, but it could work out for all involved.

For UK it allows Bolden to possibly have that spot. And Matthews was probably not the caliber of player who was going to be a mainstay at a place like Kentucky. A transfer and a year to get stronger may work out to him, a la Wiltjer.
