Now that all teams have been selected, when and how do we vote? I have a suggestion, after each member has posted their last "Brag" on their team, we set a time and vote. We vote on each team, listing them in the order we think, from first to last, with no member selecting their team as the best team. Other suggestions?

Spirit mentioned a tournament where we start a thread for an individual game, have each owner of the teams involved explain why their team would beat the opponent, and then have the board vote and explain their vote. But if we do that how do we seed the tournament? I REALLY like the idea of a tournament but don't know how to set it up. I guess we could keep it simple and have the first pick vs the second, 3 vs 4, 5 vs 6, etc. But that would leave one person getting a bye in the first round, and it would go from 11 teams to six. With six teams we have three winners, then one of those would have to have a bye into the championship. Anyone know a good way to setup a tournament with 11 teams or decide who gets the bye?

Either way is fine with me as long as it's simple.

Round robin style. Maybe have a different thread represent a different "week" and have members vote. This way each team plays against each other, with one team per week/thread getting a bye.
