No worries, I was a 21 year member on rivals and long ago posted on many ezboards and private message boards, the old internet had more than its share of hiccups!

It's all good! I grew up on old message boards with scripting and the like. It's kinda like a trip through the history of the net....I like it!

We're basically preparing for the worst.

There's and RR Board at ON3 but it's very very unclear if it will be behind a paywall or if it's just gonna migrate, etc, etc.

A lot of us are just not happy with the lack of communication from ON3 (our RR Mods have been AMAZING though and gave us lots of good backup options including WCN)

Oh, that is no problem at all. As anyone who has spent any amount of time at the Rivals forums will tell you, "bad gateway" timeouts are a regular occurrence. We'll feel totally at home whenever that happens. Hehe.

BTW, it warms my heart to see this thread has swollen to 22 pages already! I love seeing all the familiar names popping up over here. As the song said so well: "Every new beginning comes from some other beginning's end". Truer words have never been spoken.

I know that folks from Rupp Rafters and Wildcat Lair get a bad reputation at times, but I don't think we'll cause any problems here at all. Most of the problems that happened on those forums over the years was the result of a lack of moderation. For whatever reason, the management there allowed the trolls to run amok. We won't have to deal with all of the troublemaking UL and UT trolls over here on this stand-alone site which isn't a part of some big network of sites.

Buddy, we've held this place together with little more than twine, gumption, and Kentucky spirit for years now, but our soul's intact and we treat each other pretty well. We're never getting snatched up and we're never going to charge a dime. Hope all of y'all will stick around no matter what happens.

I remember Will and I think Cathy from Wildcat Faithful when I posted there as Katfever. UKBob was there and of course Mel. I’m sure a bunch of others on here as well I haven’t seen yet.
