All with a first year coach and a team put together in the summer. This has been a pretty remarkable season when you consider everything and not cherry pick small sections of time.

Copy that. No one likes to see a loss. This season I personally have never felt the team was unprepared or otherwise uncoached for a game. Good teams lose games they shouldn’t, credit the other team/player sometime 🤷‍♂️. That’s why they play the games.

My minor nit on the ‘why is he playing X” is simply: Coach sees something that requires him to play that player.

Almonor didn’t see the floor a lot. Personally, I think he was terrible on defense and pope yanked him. Maybe I’m wrong.

i repeat: gone are the days/coach that starts/plays a player based on NBA potential, to the detriment of the team.

For those of us who can only follow the ESPN play by play where it says that he got a block with 1 second to go and OU’s Jeremiah Fears missed a layup, it sounds like Garrison saved the game. Can you give insight as to what happened to call him a dumbass?

Literally as soon as the buzzer went off he ran straight to Fears and got in his face. Pretty immature and classless, and could've easily been a technical if it was during the game. Oweh got the ball first and Garrison got it after. Oweh should get credit for the block, but Garrison definitely got it as well.

With a situation like tonight when you have players talking the whole game, the talking had to be friendly or the officials would have stopped it. In fact, I'm surprised they didn't.
