Got a couple friends who'd love to see Western beat UK in the tournament.

Not because they hate UK. Because they hate Cal.

These people are morons.

Honestly they’re mostly not big fans. (One friend is a WKU grad and admits he doesn’t like UK as much.) I mean certainly not like we are on this board. By and large they’re folks who watch the games sometimes…but they’re not really into it. They seem eager for the action of a coaching search and the entertainment that would bring.

After 36 hours of frustration with the loss on Friday, still feel we can win 6. Basketball is so weird and evenly paired, anyone can beat anyone and we a chance like everyone else..

Personally I felt we needed a loss heading into the tournament just not on Friday..

Thing is, outside the three top 1 seeds the same thing applies to everybody who’ll be in this field.

Looks like North Carolina did have an 8-game winning streak and one 6-game winning streak. Iowa St. had one 6-game streak.

Yeah, but that still doesn’t do anything to instill confidence in our team.

I think what it says is that the tournament is going to be a total free for all.

Last year saw two mid-majors and a middling high-major make the FF. I’d expect this to be even more strange.

To me UCONN looks like far and away the team to beat. They’ve got everything you need to win a championship.

They've been the best team in America all year.

The only thing that makes me question them (slightly) is that they play in the Big East. Of course, they won it last year, so that's probably not a huge deal.

Trying to be positive and a good fan but probably about to get bamboozled once again..

Year after year I absolutely hate watching the SEC Tournament and NCAA tournament while my team is at home.

I have a cousin who feels the same way, but he hates Kentucky and the SEC. His problem is jealously.

No matter what our seed is or where we play, we still have Cal. But we fans still have hope, this team has won a lot of games in spite of our coach. GO CATS!!!
