NCAA Tournament Thread

No matter what our seed is or where we play, we still have Cal. But we fans still have hope, this team has won a lot of games in spite of our coach. GO CATS!!!

In the past fifteen years, Kentucky has had a lot of success in spite of that rascally coach of ours.

Guys I am going all out again this year for the NCAA tourney, Took off for Thursday thru Monday. Going to watch games with my brother and friends, food all the fun. I projector screen, 1 65 inch TV and another 55 inch TV, showing games at the same time. I fully expect that we will drop the first or the 2nd game (as we play down to competition and have all year). If for some reason we make it past the first weekend then they would have a shot at the final 4 as they will be playing as underdogs.

No matter will enjoy games as much as possible. Hoping we get the Friday Sunday paring of games. Maybe the later games 7 pm type start. That way if we lose most of the weekend is already over anyway.

Expect the worst and hope for the best with this team.

I bet we probably get Morehead State in the first game, and someone like BYU in the 2nd game. What Say you?

It’s about as good as we could ask for, considering. North Carolina St. is interesting up there with that big boy in the middle. Would be a really tough match-up for our bigs.

A weird historical fluke for Kentucky when looking at our bracket is how we’ve historically been owned by Marquette in the tournament.

You would have to think Oakland is doomed. Not sure I’ve seen zone work against Kentucky all year.

Yes, looks like a 2-3 zone. There are several highlight reels on You Tube. However, it difficult to tell from highlights. Check to game against Ohio St, it a full game.

We have for sure. But unless my memory fails me, success in the NCAA has been missing lately.
