I’d like to think we could win 3 of 4, win on Friday of conference tourney and be in the 8/9 game. In that game you at least could potentially win one without getting into the upset category.

Going back to North Carolina...they aren't making it at this point. Zero Quad 1 wins.

Will be the first champion to not make the tournament in the following season.

First ever preseason number 1 to not make the tournament.

For some reason I was thinking Carolina won it last year. I think St. Peter's broke my mind.

But even then that stat wouldn't be right. Heck, we did that in 2013. I believe Louisville also did it in the '80s.

I accidentally did the same thing to my UNC fan coworkers

Will Lavender counts them Helms titles like they’re gold.

UK won it all in 2012 and then sank to the NIT the next year. I hate Carolina and they underperformed last year until a crazy run last year. I can only hope UK catches that fire this year.

I was referring to us winning it all then not making it the next year.

Funny thing is as soon as I read the Carolina part they were immediately the champion in my mind lol. Felt very Donnie Darko-esque. Are you really Frank the Rabbit???

Here's how weird the NET is: Illinois beat Minnesota last night at home and fell 5 spots. What?

I love how Livingston has stepped up. I was begging for him to get mins and develop because he oozes talent and has great physicality. He kind of broke out in the UCLA game then experienced growing pains and is blossoming late in the reg season like most of the better freshman do. Cason is playing so many mins I hope he gets as much rest as possible and stays strong and healthy because if UK is going to do anything him and Livingston need to be at their best. I'd love if CJ could come back 109% healthy maybe against Auburn and get hot. If he could, this team could make some noise.

It's just nice to be in the mix and possibly be in a position to do something in March the way things were looking most of this season. Cal has begrudgingly let this team morph into something close to what it should have been all along, and if guys like Toppin and Collins keep gaining confidence and staying aggressive, March could actually be interesting.

NCAA site says they moved up one spot from 28 to 27. 🤷🏻‍♂️
