Louisville vs. Kentucky: Game Thread

Kentucky will wear throwback jerseys today honoring the 1993 team.

I don't know if it's possible to get pumped for this game, but it's a Kentucky basketball game so here I am waiting for it. I'll be flipping back and forth to the football game, probably, but Kentucky basketball can't lose this one. It would be among the worst we've ever seen in this program.

I don't think that's gonna happen though, but Kentucky surely hasn't shown they know how to fight, and usually rivalry games come down to a little fight.

I am taping the game and watching in the basement as I will switch back and forth between football game and need a place to scream! This is the first time I have ever not been excited for this great rivalry game. I am hoping somehow this will be a game that sparks this team into a great run in 20223. Go CATS!!

^ It sounds eerily similar to what people were saying at the end of Tubby's time.

However the COVID season and the St. Peter's loss makes this way worse than Tubby's time, so really all those people who hated Tubby should detest Calipari with the fire of a million suns.
