Yep. A lot of HS talent the last few years but I like our chances. If IQ comes back to run point, it could be special.

Don't we say this every year? We have some scorers coming in so my optimism is high.

So what are the magic decision dates this year since everything’s been postponed?

Nobody really knows, at this point.

There probably aren't going to be any combines or private workouts, and I'd be surprised if the draft itself occurs on its usual July date.

Without the combines, private workouts, interviews and all the prep, if the draft does happen in July, the GM's won't have the necessary information on these young men they usually have. I wonder if this will have an impact on the dollars they spend?

Kind of a head scratcher for Juzang.

He's probably looking for more playing time is my guess.

People on twitter making the point the west coast kids that transfer to Kentucky don’t tend to last here for whatever reason.

Generally those players have not been these can't-miss NBA types. The most recent two we had--Baker and now Juzang--were essentially roster patches.

If you aren't here to get to the NBA after one year and you have the added weight of playing all the way across the country, then that's a double whammy not in Kentucky's favor.

Marcus Lee is another California player that left.

Why? We've also had some West Coast players who came to Kentucky and stayed.

I grew up in KY and moved to the west coast in 1973. The weather is certainly one an obvious reasons but there are others.

Since Cal has been here no 4 or 5 star recruits have stayed. Maybe I am forgetting someone?

It is being sarcastic because the last 4 who have left are from the west coast
