Not a bad bracket IF (emphasis on IF) we play like we did during the four game winning streak.

They actually got a better draw by losing yesterday. They won't have to play that late game on Friday anyway. The teams in their end of the bracket are better matchups for them too. We will see what happens come Friday.

Read today that is expected that Michael Porter Jr will play for Missouri in the tournament. That first game might be a little tougher.

I hope he plays. And I hope Georgia wins that first game. And then I hope Yante Maten tears Porter's a__ up Thursday afternoon.

Not that I dislike Michael Porter. It's just that young guys who sat out the entire year when they could've been playing probably need to be served.

I feel the same way. To me it looks a little arrogant to decide to play now.

And Maten would eat him up. I think he is the best player in the conference.

I wold think Porter would be really rusty after not playing since November. We'll see, sometimes that doesn't affect people but most times it does. It wouldn't surprise me to see UK playing UGA on Friday.

I think there is a very good chance its UGA on Friday. Also think Texas A&M beats Auburn. Which I don't care for at all. A&M is a dangerous team. Won't surprise me at all to see them playing on Sunday.

I think there was a lot of behind-the-scenes stuff that happened with Texas A&M this year. They seemed like a mess in the locker room.

With the exception of one year Kentucky has been solid in the SEC Tournament under Cal. I sort of expect that with this group, but the difference with this league is that you could play a solid game and still lose.

If we get Auburn on Saturday I think we win that game. Auburn's been fading. I too wouldn't be surprised if the winner of Texas A&M/Alabama comes through there.

Mizzou fans in STL are losing their minds over Porter coming back.

I have a buddy who is a Mizzou booster who has been to a few practices the past week. He said Porter is ready and ready now. He is dominating practices and looks "like a #1 pick".

He (and I) still says there are people around Porter who don't want him to play out of fear of getting hurt. But, from everything he is hearing he totally expects Porter to be playing in the SEC tourney.

They were a mess. And a slew of injuries. But at their best I still think they may be the best team in the conference.

And I agree if it's Auburn I think UK wins as well. And if they get there I think they also win the final. Just can't see UT or Florida beating them 3 times.

                            Not without Jarred Vanderbilt.

Without Vanderbilt, I don't think UK beats UGA or Mizzou.

Would take something really crazy for it to happen.

Missouri playing awful. Knox getting 25. PJ Washington playing his A game for 35 minutes. Nick Richards giving us at least a decent run. Quade shooting like he has been.

The +/- when Vanderbilt was in the game was pretty striking. Obviously suggests that when he's not on the court systems start to fail for UK.

For us to overcome his absence it would take stuff happening that really hasn't happened all at the same time more than three or four times all season.
