SEC TOURNEY 2018 (UPDATE: Michael Porter Jr. to Play in Tournament)

IF, and I say IF the Cats play on Thursday, do you think it will make a big difference in fans attending? Have never been to a tourney where it wasn't at least 75 to 80% Blue. Been going about 15 years. Anyone going? My group is still going. Was questionable when there was the possibility of playing on Wednesday.

I used to go every year, quit going after 2010 tourney after making 10 straight . The cost of tickets has become outrageous, rather go on a cruise to Caribbean

I bought a book of tickets 1 time. Of course they did not make it to the finals. Could not sell the tix. I enjoy watching in a restaurant or sports bar, where most fans are. Sometimes we get lucky and will get tix to individual games and not pay an arm and a leg for them. Have learned how to work the scalpers and sometimes can buy from a UK fan for face.

Wife and I would love to go. We haven't been able to for a while. But those ticket prices will keep us away. Would be a great year to see it with the SEC finally being up.

I was so pumped for it to be in my town, STL. I bought crazy expensive tickets...5th row just off center court. But, sold them to a Mizzou fan a couple weeks ago and made some money on them.

I am not planning to go unless ticket prices drastically drop or I can get some freebies from someone.

STL is an underrated city. There is a lot to do and a lot of major attractions are free. Hope everyone coming in town has a great time.

Yup. Would have gone anyway. Was worried some folks wouldn’t. Am sure St Louis is happy. The Big Blue Mist will descend on the city. Hope they are prepared
