Matt Jones is debating the differences between "and" and "to," but given that "and" doesn't really make sense, and that there wouldn't have been any basketball games played in July 2014, the presumption is that that's a date range, and not just two specific months.

Louisville will vacate records in which players competed while ineligible from 2010-14. Question: Does national title banner come down?Comment
-
Here it is in written form from the NCAA. As I understand this they will have to vacate all wins from 2010 to 2014. That's very severe. Also have to give back all NCAA tournament money from that period. Another very severe penalty. If I am interpreting this correctly I'll give kudos to the NCAA for handing out some just sentencing.

This tweet provides greater clarification:
Penalties include 5-game head coach suspension and vacation of records in which student-athletes competed while ineligible from 2010-14.

UL has to give a list of games to the NCAA in which ineligible players were used. They have 45 days to do this. Would anyone know who is on this list? They don't list student names in their public report. I would assume ineligible players were played during the NCAA title run. If so, this means Michigan just won a national championship.Kentucky fan since 1971.Comment

It all comes down to whether Montrezl Harrell and Chane Behanan were part of it. Which, according to pictures and Katina Powell's testimony, they were.
The NCAA press conference at noon will clarify some stuff, but Louisville has 45 days to determine which players were involved.Comment

This is how UL will get out of the banner coming down.
Behanan and Harrell were recruits when they participated in the parties.
Banner is going to stay u, in my opinion.

NCAA release says 15 recruits, 3 enrolled athletes were involved. Who those three were will decide if banners come down, it seems.
