Spiritof96, we do have a poll feature, but it has to be included in the OP. We can either start a new thread for the draft, include a poll in the first post, then not touch it until it's time to vote, or we can just start a new "voting" thread after the fact and include the poll there.

But should we put a wrinkle in it? I definitely think we should do mostly UK players but maybe there's a way to separate this year from what we did last year?

My thought was at the end of the draft thread, seed the teams and have individual threads for each match up. The poll is just who wins that match up. We argue for a few days and everyone votes. (i.e. all members not just those with teams) Winner moves to the next round.

What are you thinking? Maybe give one player who we include their NBA career? Maybe a guy who was expected to or would've come to UK? One guy from a rival?

I am not sure how the polls work. Let's say there are 20 teams (I expect more participation this year) can a poll give you the option to pick 10 different answers? If not, we may have to create 10 different threads with a poll for each game.

Also, when we get things set and rules in place, would someone else mind drawing the names and picking the order? I did it last year and ended up winning, I just don't want any conspiracy theories popping up...

I'm all in. Also, Heck with players who didn't play for the Cats. I say all UK players only. I think we should try to assemble teams with PG's, SG's, SF's and so on. I don't like a team of Anthony Davis and 4 PG's...if that makes sense.

I can be in it. The only time I can't is the last week of June. I'm in a training class that week and will have very limited Internet access. If it spills into that week then I may have to bow out. The way we did it last year was fine with me.

I actually contacted the sheriff's office to see if there might be a way to file criminal charges against you for this. If somebody shows up at your workplace asking for a DNA test, don't fight them.
