I agree! One thing Tubby was not is a liar, and anyone who calls him one is probably your description above, or somebody who didn't know him but pretends they do. I agree Tubby needed to move on, but for a few years, he was very good for Kentucky Basketball/.

Duke poses a greater threat to our title chances than UofL. That, alone, is enough for me to pull for their opponent every single time. The more they lose, the lower their seed; the lower their seed, the tougher their path will be in March.

I get that, but I just can't root for any of those teams. I don't begrudge anyone that does. Me? I just can't. I guess if you put a gun to my head and made me pick I would say UL.

Come on, Downes. We know either way Duke will have an easy path in March.

I thought that very thing as I was writing that comment, but I posted it anyway. Logic got in the way of reality for a minute.

Not as long as K is sidelined. The NCAA has already assured us that any losses suffered during his absence won't count, remember?

That is correct. They will take into account the games K is missing as well as the injuries to the players and give them a #1 seed instead of the overall #1 seed

Duke is a solid mess right now. They are not going to beat UL at YUM.

Allen is just being himself. And all this falls squarely on K. When you are not paying the consequences for your misdeeds, then guys like this will always test how far they can go. The program and coach is fostering this behavior. At some point, they need to be called out for the blame.
you are right....but UL won't beat them at Duke next month

You should never cheer for your rivals to win no matter the circumstance. To call yourself a Cat Fan then turn around and say well with this match Im going to root for a rival team, you must not be thinking clearly.

Aside from his weird habit of calling basketball games "matches," I concur. Roasted.
