UK-Bama Game Thread

I really have the hardest pulling for Florida for SEC Teams. I have no issues with UT most of the time. Ernie / Bernie show i did not like.

I hard a time with Florida when Spurrier was there but that was about him being a jerk. Once he left I had no problem with Florida.

FLA is more about the fans again. I have been to several of the Florida games in CWS. Found the fans just trying to tear things up in the stadium, trying to start fights things like that. Mostly student body stuff but just no reason for that kind of stuff.

I disliked IU at one time but since we don't play them like we use to anymore they have dropped off my radar.

I actually feel good about the game. We made some mistakes but mentally I think we are getting there. I have nothing bad to say about Stoops after this game. The spread was there for a reason. Alabama is really really good. Our toughest game of the year is behind us.

Could not disagree more.

This was a terrible game, and a ludicrously unimaginative plan.

You get a chance at the champ, and that's the best effort you can give? You run into their strength? No reverses? No RPO, because you always hand it off? You put your RB beside your QB, so that the defense can always see that you don't hand it off? you don't use the middle of the field? You don't call one corner blitz?

I can handle losing to Alabama, but I cannot respect the lack of conviction of this staff. They didn't believe they could win. They didn't plan to win. And they didn't coach to win. Even if Alabama had played their worst game, this team was not prepared to win.

Most of the Florida fans I have met have been decent. I guess every fan base have their share of jerks.

I would say my 2 main dislikes would be teams from the state of North Carolina and Indiana. SO that is more than 2 but it is what it is.

I think the best fans I have met at CWS would have to be UGA followed by LSU.

Cheering is another thing than saying i would rather uofl win than Clemson. I do not cheer for many teams in the state. I cheer for the CATS only. Think of it like the Hatfield's and McCoys.

When you say you want one team to win over another, in a way it is cheering for them. Hatfields where from Virgina and the McCoys where from Kentucky, you wouldnt turn around and say I dont like what the McCoys stand for I want the Hatfields to win the feud. Cause then your going against your own state.

So after the happenings of the evening do you see 4 more games we can win. AP / is the only sure thing. I hope Vandy / MISS ST and Mizzou.

My father-in-law had season tickets before he passed. He always liked the LSU fans. He want to a lot of away games and said the Ala fans were ways nice.

I need to see our offense open up and do something different then just run up the middle on 1st down but yes I think we could win 4 more games. Vandy is a must win next week. We lose that game and all bets are off.

I think those are all winnable, with only the Mizzou game on the road.

I do not see it that way at all. Cheering for someone would be like rooting them on. If uofl loses tonight it is no skin off my nose. when we talk about feuds (real feuds) then that is something else. I had family involved in that stupid battle back in the day. You cant fix stupid.

I think Vandy worries me the most (maybe Mizzou as well). Vandy seems to have our number of late..
