I drove from JTOWN to St Matthews yesterday. Lots of standing water and some sewer caps off sending water gushing on Taylorsville Road. Be careful out there!

From rain and wind to a cool down. I guess this is Dogwood Winter, they're blooming.

Have onion bulbs to set out. Knew they would probably rot, so didn’t plant. Will plant lettuce soon. Love, love fresh picked lettuce.

Lol....this weather. I have a 96 year old friend who's Dad told him never put your jacket away till May 15. I can see the sense of that.

It's amazing how spot on people were back then when the only technical help they had was The Farmers Almanac.

I hope everyone survived last night ok. We had some bad thunderstorms but nothing serious. London (14 mi. north of us) was hit by a tornado. There are multiple fatalities and they are still searching the damage.

OK in Jeffersontown. Airport reported 82 MPH winds. Don’t think we got that wind. I stayed up long enough to make sure we didn’t need to head for the basement.
