Hoping you all don’t get any remnants of the weather pattern that went through Mississippi, etc. yesterday. Stay safe.

We've had lots of thunderstorms and wind this weekend, but no problems that I know of.Philippians 4:11-4:13Comment

The storms seem to have moved out of our area, but the wind is still pretty strong.Philippians 4:11-4:13Comment

Some tilt up concrete walls about 20 ft tall got blown down yesterday at River Ridge Commerce Park in Jeffersonville. Fortunately no one working in the vicinity when it happened.Extremism is so easy. You've got your position, and that's it. It doesn't take much thought. And when you go far enough to the right you meet the same idiots coming around from the left.

Wow. Is drought normal this early in the year?Extremism is so easy. You've got your position, and that's it. It doesn't take much thought. And when you go far enough to the right you meet the same idiots coming around from the left.

Some years we get rain, not usually. 1981, we did. Floods. Seems like about 16 years ago, too. To about mid July we had rain, I believe. 1994 was a memorable year with no spring. 2011 or so was a record breaker. 90 days of triple digit temps. Talk about baking...it was horrendous. Think I need a “survivor†T-shirt.Last edited by capcat; 03-17-2025, 09:52 PM.Comment
