If I'm lifting, I will either listen to some kind of death metal or praise and worship.. Yeah, I'm strange. Yesterday I ran 5K on the treadmill and I listened to Yes. I can listen to 'Close to the Edge' and 'And You and I' and that gets me to about 3 miles. So I don't think about distance in terms of miles. Instead, it's how many songs can I listen to.

I saw Amon Amarth with Lamb of God and Slayer a few years back. They were good. I have a hard time getting into the guttural vocals but musically, they're phenomenal. I like pre-black album Metallica. Really dig Megadeth.
