By listening to the video from today, you get a feeling he's probably going to make his decision during the Jordan game on Friday night. Definitely seems to want to do it on television, wants to do it before the 17th, keeps saying it's getting late...I think he makes the pick during that game.

Not sure if ESPNU set that up intentionally or what, but that's kind of unusual that they'd all appear together when Bolden is undecided.

Bolden says that show is already taped.
You'll be on ESPNU later today with Harry Giles and Jayson Tatum. Any chance it could happen then? No, it's not going to be live. It's already recorded. We're not going to all be on together or anything.

I didn't hear this so can't confirm, but on the other board some guys are saying Matt Jones said today on the radio show that good news might be coming sometime today.

They seemed to think it's recruiting news, but it could be anything. Could be an official announcement from Briscoe or something.

The delay with Bolden could be that Duke wants him to wait a bit to let this Thornton thing die down.

Doesn't look good to take a player a day or two after another player has left in what appeared to be a bad situation. Suggests that player was thrown off to make space for the new guy.

Maybe so, but the player knows and he has already made it known that he doesn't want to take somebody's spot. I guess it will come down to which Coach sells him on that part the best.

I would think it's a good thing, since it's generally accepted that he's a Duke lean.

And in strange Bolden news, apparently he's going to be a guest on an ESPNU signing day special tonight...but isn't going to make his decision.

I'm not sure there's a whole lot known about Allen's recruitment as he hasn't really said much.
