With or without Bolden or even Lee, don't forget about Isaac Humphries at Kentucky next year. We saw a very young man who in my opinion had a few helluva games for Kentucky and will only get better plus he can shoot and score. If he gets in tip top shape which i expect he will, we don't necessarily need a 5 star Center crying he's not getting enough shots off.

We are fine, perhaps better than we think especially if both Briscoe and Lee return with Hawkins,Humphries, and Willis. If the Wynard can play and compete, UK is still going to have what TNT call the OKC Thunder's front line, KING KONGS .................

    We good folks,,,,,,,
The reality is we're weak at the 5 spot as of right now.

Actually some folks are talking about him as a possibility. HERE WE GO AGAIN.

It does seem odd that he's waited this long, but on the other hand it's crazy to think that he would be willing to be a back-up option while we waited on Bolden all this time.

Great school, great basketball tradition...it stinks as a UK fan, but man, this is Duke we're talking about. It isn't like he chose Mississippi State or LSU.

I also think the assistant coaches going to visit him irked Cal a little. As it looks now, the "kaboom" thing and the stuff he wrote on Monday was probably a direct response to the Boldens, but I think he was a tad peeved. I don't think he wants to be branded as this guy who "all he talks about is the NBA." It looks now like he was throwing a little bit of shade.
You probably summed it all up to a tee right there.

Only Top 20 left on the board as undecided is Jarrett Allen but look like we were not looking at him eventhough his ESPN ranking is right their with Bolden?

Moving forward I like our class even more so if Lee comes back (he's not doing well at the combine and you can never have too many bigs to clog the paint) and Briscoe.

We like to talk abour our bigs but i think Fox and Monk is going to be hard to handle this year. Cal can also move Derek out of the post and put him at the 2 or 3 spot if needed so im not to much worried about our guard play or our post play. Would be wonderful if Briscoe comes back and can play his natural position in spots as well.

Last year Lee kind of knew coming in that it was his job to lose. If he comes back, i think he knows he will have to earn his way on the court if he wants to see some minutes. Lee would have 4 months to get the light to click on if he comes back. Not saying he could pull a Josh Harrellson, but he definetly needs to work on fundamentals such as free throw shooting, boxing out, playing smart defensively without fouling, and even shooting if possible. If he could add some bulk that could also serve him well.

I agree......keeping my fingers crossed they both come back but excited about our new class and Willis with that senior leadership

No, would just add a little depth. Think he probably would get passed up by Willis and Gabriel if he doesn't make major strides. (And by the looks of things in the combine, he hasn't made any strides.)

We're going to badly need Willis's (and Gabriel's, if he's as advertised) outside shooting ability on next year's team, so I'm not sure how Lee fits in--again, unless he underwent a complete transformation.
