Well if Cal likes him....I seem to recall how this current crop was hailed as ALL 4-YEAR players and are now looked at as one of his very best classes ever. Amusing.

It's going to be hard for Cal to convince Newman to play in the system with Ullis and Briscoe. Newman is the type of player that wants the ball in his hands ALL the time from what I'm gathering.

I tend to agree with you, it sure seems like he is a Me, Me, Me, attention guy and wants to shoot the ball 30 times a game. Not gonna happen at UK with Cal at the helm. Don't get me wrong, he is a great player and scorer and i'm not gonna say I wouldn't love to have him, but I don't have high hopes.

Yeah me neither. I wouldn't totally count it out, but I would say the odds are against it. I think we'll get Jaylen Brown though.
