    Not sure who Mulder guards.

    We needed stops.

No need to trade them. Just use the ones we have. And get some stops.

That explains it. Still. Steve freaking Alford has our number. Never thought it would be that way. Make no mistake though. UCLA is really good.

Yep. gotta man up down there. Wenyen stopped no one. Bam got his luch eaten on offensive end several times and Hump was ineffective.

Our freshmen backcourt scored 44 points between them today.

            44.

            In a loss.

            That's cray.

Gotta rebound too. Do we even know how to block out and position for rebounds? But it's hard to do when everyone is already running down court.

And they still didn't play well. Our front court is what killed us the most.

We were out rebounded by 3, 41 to 38.

Will, when you post GBU, put good: no more talk about undefeated nonsense.

                    defense lost this game....

                        Got exposed a little.

Although he would hit the glass harder than anybody. He has a really hard time handling drivers, though. UCLA's ability to drive us and then kick to the wings was the killer. We spent 90% of that game confused about what was happening on defense. Really they were running very easy actions, they just exposed our help.

The little hand-off play where Ball hit the killer three was simple basketball. We got lost.

Defensively lapses all over the place constantly from pretty much the opening tip.

Yes it did. I was surprised when I looked up those numbers.

Leaf had 17 and 13 for UCLA.

Best, most fundamental player on the court.

Our free throws also hurt us, we were 18-27 for 66.7%. We have been shooting better than that.

                              They were 17-21 for 81%.

The guys on the court were doing such a fantastic job at guarding everyone? I don't think it would've been much worse with him out there for ten or twelve minutes.
